Today was an action packed day for the Culinary students here at NSLC Fordham! The morning started with a tour at the Mast Brothers Chocolate factory in Brooklyn. Then, the students went to Chelsea Market, only to return and hear a lecture from Top Chef judge Gail Simmons. Check it out!
