Culinary students had a seminar with Gail Simmons, whose extensive list of credentials include 13 seasons as a judge on the 13-season Emmy Award Winning show Top Chef and a writer for Food and Wine magazine. She talked to students about her career path that has led to where she is today and answered questions the students had for her.
