Students got the opportunity to meet Steve Zagor, who has over 25 years of experience in the planning, development and management of a wide variety restaurants and retail food businesses. Zagor is the Director of Management Programs at ICE and he is a Clinical Associate Professor in the College of Food, Nutrition and Public Health at New York University.

The students learned about the business side of the food industry and what it takes to start a successful restaurant.
